Asti. Close to Torino in Piemonte. Darkness of the night in Bar Cocchi on the main square. A theatre play has just ended. The hum of warm thoughts and a glass of chilled vermouth. It is all part of the Cocchi culture and heritage. There was 12 Cocchi bars in Piemonte already before the WWI. Giulio Cocchi is a visionary inventor.
